PacificIslands. Com Inc. (“PI”) facilitates the purchase by customers (“Customers”) of travel services (such as accommodation, transportation, entertainment, sightseeing, etc.) provided by various providers (“Suppliers”) unrelated to and having no connection to PI.
In utilizing the services of PI to book, reserve and pay for travel related services, you, the customer (“Customer”), agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
PRICES
Prices are in U.S. dollars. PI reserves the right to change prices, itineraries and routing without notice. Advertised "from" package price is per person based on double occupancy. For air-inclusive packages, the advertised price is based on the Economy Class round trip airfare from specified gateway cities and includes government fees and taxes. Advertised package pricing is based on the lowest possible airfares and the lowest hotel rates which are subject to availability. The package price validity dates are indicated for each package. Different seasonal supplements will apply to travel at different times of the year. Actual prices may differ from the advertised “from” prices. Prices are not guaranteed until full payment is received for the final invoice price.
Prices do not include gratuities, meals, beverages, insurance, telephone calls, resort fees, laundry service, passport and VISA fees, departure taxes and all other miscellaneous charges not listed under the inclusions of a particular package description.
QUOTES
Quotes are based on the lowest available air and land components and are subject to availability at the time of booking. Some land components might be “on request” at the time of quote and will have to be verified at the time of booking. We provide an initial quote free of charge, as well as two more revisions. After that, a good faith deposit of $50 per person is requested to continue making revisions. This deposit will go towards the total package price.
DEPOSITS
A minimum non-refundable deposit of US$300 per person is due and payable when reservations are initiated. Additional deposits are required for all airlines, select suppliers (e.g. cruises, private charters, luxury resorts, etc.) and for travel during certain periods of time (e.g. Christmas holidays, special events, etc.)
All airline reservations must be paid for in full and ticketed to confirm space and guarantee airfare rate. Airfare payment is in addition to the initial deposit. Each airfare has different terms and conditions and payment due date which will be specified at the time of booking. Airline reservations cannot be confirmed, nor airfares guaranteed, unless PI has received payment in full and by the due date.
Final payment is required 45 days before departure date. Full payment is required for all reservations placed 45 days or less before departure. In case full payment is not received by the due date, the reservations will be automatically cancelled after proper notice has been sent to the Customer by e-mail.
FORM OF PAYMENT
Payment may be made by cash, checks, bank transfers, or credit cards. Accepted credit cards are American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover. Credit card payments are processed online via secure connection through Square-up.
CHANGES
A fee of US$ 35 per booking, per change will be assessed for each voluntary change made to the original booking. This fee will be waived if the total value of the booking increases.
Additional change fees will be charged by the airlines and other suppliers. Most economy class airfares are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE. Some fares may permit changes upon payment of change fees, penalties and possible additional fare collection. In addition to these fees, PacifcIslands.com reserves the right to assess a US$50 ticket re-issue for changes such as, but not limited to, date change, flight change and cancellation. Airline fee can’t be waived even if the airfare increases. Change fees will be waived only if the changes are caused by airline.
Any changes made to a booking will result in the booking being re-priced to the rates in effect at the time the change is made. A name change is considered a “cancellation” resulting in a new reservation under a new name.
Any changes and partial cancellations made while traveling are non-refundable.
